Therapeutic processes, 5 online sessions via zoom, 60 minutes each session.

–Throughout life we may go through moments or stages not feeling good. Even when outwardly everything seems fine.

I’ve been there too.

–And I have sought, even struggled at times to get out of the discomfort, although over time I have come to realize that struggle is not the way.

–I have also needed support, help, guidance, someone to accompany me and allow me to see what I was not seeing. Someone to offer me a safe space to listen and to accompany me in my process.

Individual therapeutic accompaniment for personal life processes. We will work on whatever you are feeling and going through right now; emotions, feelings, any kind of discomfort or situation you wish to transform to provide you with the wellbeing you deserve and feel you need. Space to talk, share, listen and work on what you feel.

A new connection and relationship with yourself, improving your self-esteem, getting to know yourself better and identifying what you want and need in order to give it to you.

Incorporate tools for your day to day life, which allow you to be well on a daily basis. Also develop skills to accompany you in times of stress, discomfort, fears, insecurities.

Stop being in the role of victim and take full responsibility and commitment for yourself and your life.

Learn to look at your reality and your life in a different way, which will allow you to experience things from a different perspective.

Relate in a healthy way with your emotions, thoughts, sensations in order to integrate them, transform them or experience what you need to experience with them.

Regulate your stress, organize yourself better, feel well in your day to day life thanks to the skills you will be incorporating in you.

General information

All sessions are via Zoom. Payment prior to the start of the process.
If you need special conditions for payment, please contact me. Once committed to the process, there is no possibility of cancellation.
I offer this process to very few women at the same time so the moment you decide to join, this space and time is yours and I will not be able to accept cancellations in the middle of the process.
The sessions are scheduled to take place over two months.
For cancellations of sessions during the process, it is necessary to give at least 24 hours notice in order not to lose the session.

It includes 5 sessions of 60 minutes.

This process, unlike Alma (and other coaching processes), does not include accompaniment via email or a program with exercises and templates to work on between sessions. This is a therapeutic work that we do in sessions. The work proposed in coaching is part of the other spaces. Here the work is done together in sessions and then on your own, in your day to day life, you put into practice what we talk about in our meetings.
